Cottam's Lodge is a charming affiliate property of Alpine Village Suites and is conveniently located 1.5 miles from the village of Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico. As a family-owned hotel, we provide a lodging experience that is unique to Taos Ski Valley. The property encompasses four studio suites that can accommodate anywhere from 2-6 people and two private home rentals that can accommodate up to 10. We are a pet friendly and a non-smoking environment. All private home rentals and larger studio suites are equipped with full kitchens, wireless Internet, DirectTV and DVD players. Although there is no shuttle service between Cottam's Lodge and Taos Ski Valley, it is a short 5 minute drive and there is free parking at the base area of Taos Ski Valley. All guests of Cottam's Lodge are welcome to use the amenities of our main lodge, Alpine Village Suites. After a fun day of skiing or a long hike, relax in our large outdoor hot tub. Rejuvenate in our dry sauna, or treat yourself to a massage and spa service. Other amenities include: ski lockers, DVD rentals, and access to our business and conference facilities. Summer/Fall: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival date will receive their deposit back less a $25 handling fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost.

Due to the nature of our business and our small size,cancellations and changes made to arrival and departure dates affect ussignificantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict policy. We do not refunddropped nights. Any dropped nights after check-in will be charged in full.We are a pet friendly establishment and welcome petsfor $20.00 per night per pet (2 pets max.)Any keys issued such as ski locker keys, room safekeys, and cabin keys will result in a $25.00 replacement fee if not turned inupon check out.
We are a 100% Non-Smoking Lodge. Any guest foundsmoking on premises will be charged a $500.00 cleaning fee. Any damagesincurred to rooms or hotel property could result in a fee of $250.00 ormore.
